Winter is upon us and we know what that brings. Along with snow, sledding and all the fun we also see an increase in fire claims. Therefore a quick reminder would be to make sure proper heating is in order. As we are all aware space heaters are not a safe form of primary heat and definitely need to be cleaned regularly. Please make sure all masonry flues have proper liners installed, as we have already experienced a fire loss due to a brick flu with no liner.
